It is jointly funded by Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd., tus new materials (Wuhu) Co., Ltd., Yijiang district government and technical team to engage in IGBT module R & D, packaging, testing and sales.

The company focuses on IGBT / FRD and silicon carbide MOS / SBD chip design, power module packaging test and system application solutions. Focus on new energy markets such as electric vehicles, wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage and charging piles, while taking into account the needs of power quality and industrial control, and strive to grow into an excellent domestic power semiconductor manufacturer.

The company covers an area of 128 Mu and the phase I purification room covers an area of 8000 square meters. It is located in Yijiang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province.
